DC brushless permanent magnetic motor with inner rotor
Designed especially for washers, the product is the washer motor with variable frequency control function.
After finite element analysis and optimized design, flux densities of gear and yoke parts of stator punching tend to be balanced and overall efficiency of the motor is above 75%. Punching gear edge adopts eccentric arc to weaken torque of the magnetic slot to lower motor noise and vibration from torque of the magnetic slot greatly. Outer side of the stator installation hole adopts grooved positioning slot to facilitate installation of motor iron core and end cap, improve fitting accuracy of motor installation and lower motor noise simultaneously.
Magnetic steel of the rotor is injected and formed by moulded to ensure excircle roundness, conicity and perpendicularity of the rotor effectively. Specific function of the product is to communicate with the master computer board through UART communication to receive instruction from the master computer and realize various washing operations of the washer.
Meanwhile, the product has voltage and current detection and frequency converter protection functions. It is able to feed back motor operation in real time, alarm over-current, short-circuit and other poor situations as per detected data and stop motor operation, playing a role in protection.
